">We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Support Assistant to join our care team. As a support assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring that our residents receive the highest standard of care and support.
About the Role:
- You will provide personalized care and support to residents, including assistance with daily living activities, medication, and mealtime support.
- You will work collaboratively with our care team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- You will maintain accurate records and report any changes or concerns to the care team.
About You:
- You will have previous experience working in a care setting and a strong understanding of the physical and emotional needs of older adults.
- You will possess excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively with people from diverse backgrounds.
- You will be a compassionate and empathetic individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional care and support.
Salary: £19,000 - £22,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
