**Job Title:** Early Years SEN Teaching Assistant

Salary: £90-105 per day

We are seeking an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team at a large, flourishing primary school located in Westminster. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children with ASD and other special educational needs.

The successful applicant will be employed on a long-term supply basis as a 1:1 teaching assistant, with the potential to progress to permanent work within the school. We offer a supportive environment with open communication between staff and senior leadership, providing opportunities for ongoing learning and development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work 1:1 with pupils who have ASD and other special educational needs
  • Support the class teacher in delivering lessons and activities
  • Assist with behaviour management and provide emotional support to pupils

Requirements:

  • Experience working with children with ASD and other special educational needs
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work effectively as part of a team
