Remedy Education is seeking a highly motivated and caring individual to provide support to pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) requirements within a primary school setting. Located in the Borough of Redbridge, this role offers a challenging and rewarding opportunity for a graduate looking to develop their career in education or an individual passionate about EYFS/SEN.

In this Graduate EYFS SEN Teaching Assistant position, you will work closely with teachers and other support staff to deliver targeted interventions and programmes tailored to the needs of children with SEN, including ASD, ADHD, Global Delay, and Down Syndrome. You will also provide phonics, handwriting, reading, and writing sessions to EYFS pupils, while developing their social and classroom skills.

The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for education and creating an inclusive environment that inspires all pupils to thrive. Previous graduates placed in similar roles have gone on to pursue careers as qualified teachers, child psychologists, and child behavior therapists. About the Role
  • Provide support for pupils across EYFS, KS1, and KS2 with SEN and behavioral requirements
  • Use your creativity and compassion to engage and educate pupils
  • Work collaboratively with a strong inclusion team to support both pupils and staff

Key Responsibilities:

  • Teaching Assistant providing SEN and EYFS support both group and 1:1
  • Starting ASAP
  • £105 - £110 per day
  • Full-time, full academic year, term-time only
  • Based in Redbridge

Salary Range: £21,840 - £22,955 per annum pro rata (£4,167 - £4,332 per month)
