Nurse (Permanent, Part Time) - Children's Health Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Band 6 Paediatric Nurse or SCPHN to join our 'Award Winning' team. The successful candidate will have significant experience in caring for Children Looked After (CLA) and a specialist interest in providing high-quality health assessments and care.
Key Responsibilities- Undertake complex statutory health assessments for CLA and young people with complex needs.
- Attend safeguarding meetings and support processes to enable CLA to reach their full potential.
- Negotiate and develop individualised Child Health Care Plans to meet identified needs and promote positive lifestyle choices.

Person Specification- Registered on Part 1 of the NMC register as a Registered Children's Nurse or Part 3 as a Specialist Community Public Health Nurse.
- Minimum of three years' experience in caring for babies/children & young people, with relevant experience in CLA care.
