We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Band 6 Paediatric Nurse or SCPHN to join our 'Award Winning' team. The successful candidate will have significant experience in caring for Children Looked After (CLA) and a specialist interest in providing high-quality health assessments and care.
Key Responsibilities- Undertake complex statutory health assessments with Children Looked After and young people with complex needs.
- Negotiate and develop individualised Child Health Care Plans to meet the identified needs and promote positive lifestyle choices.
- Work collaboratively with the medical team, other named health professionals, and, where indicated, the child's parents.

Person Specification- Registered on Part 1 of the NMC register as a Registered Children's Nurse or Part 3 as a Specialist Community Public Health Nurse.
