Purchase Ledger Administrator Opportunity

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-focused Purchase Ledger Clerk to manage the procurement process from start to finish. This includes registering ecommerce stock supplier invoices, matching them to stock receipts and POs, and posting them to the finance system. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
• Register all ecommerce stock invoices and match them to stock receipts and POs within the stock system
• Investigate quantity and price queries, both internally and with external suppliers, to resolve issues promptly
• Follow company PTP processes, system processes, and SOX controls
• Ensure all postings to the nominal ledger are correct and accurate
• Assist with any other Purchase Ledger-related items as may be required by the SFBP or finance team members
What We Offer:
In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary, flexible working hours, 35 hours a week, weekly pay every Friday, free lunch, and free onsite parking (office-based role). The estimated salary for this role is £42,000 - £52,000 per annum, depending on experience.
