Purchasing Ledger Administrator

Agility Resoucing is seeking a highly skilled Purchasing Ledger Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a busy wholesale and retail environment, with expertise in managing multiple finance projects.
The successful applicant will be responsible for:
- Managing purchase ledgers for a group of companies
- Posting purchase invoices onto Sage
- Ensuring invoices are authorized by relevant staff members
- Resolving supplier queries with FC escalation
- Checking, posting, and passing FAS payments
- Reconciling accounts to supplier statements
- Liaising with factories on payments due
- Preparing weekly payment runs
- Providing weekly aged creditor reporting
Key skills and qualifications include:
- Intermediate Excel knowledge
- A high standard of work; accuracy and efficiency
- Resourcefulness in problem-solving
- Prioritizing workload by deadlines and importance
- Sage 50 knowledge an advantage
- Part or fully qualified
We offer a competitive salary of approximately £30,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience.
