We are looking for an accomplished Cashiering and Client Ledger expert to join our dynamic finance team.

The successful candidate will possess prior experience in accounts management, though prior experience in the legal sector is not essential as comprehensive training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage day-to-day client account operations effectively
  2. Review completion statements for accuracy to ensure error-free transactions
  3. Process invoices and bills in a timely manner
  4. Record funds received from clients accurately and efficiently
  5. Perform regular bank reconciliations
  6. Conduct thorough compliance checks, including money laundering and fraud prevention to uphold regulatory standards
  7. Verify ledger statements meticulously to maintain accuracy
  8. Transfer funds between accounts securely
  9. Support solicitors as needed to ensure a smooth workflow
  10. Address internal team queries promptly
  11. Provide general support to the Finance department as required
