Role Overview

As a Deputy Home Manager at HC-One, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional clinical care that exceeds professional standards and statutory requirements. You will provide specialist nursing support and advice, take charge of resident care in the Home Manager's absence, and supervise/coach colleagues to ensure a service that is unparalleled in its empathy for resident issues.

This role is supernumerary, allowing you to focus on providing the highest level of care and support to our residents.

About You

We are looking for a Deputy Home Manager with a background in person-centred care planning within a care home. You will be a brilliant, positive individual with a natural ability to get along with people. You will be a great mentor who can manage time effectively and keep meaningful records. Whenever you communicate with a resident or colleague, you will be truly considerate and kind.
