Job Summary

Teaching Assistant

Grade 3/4 Points 5-10

Wallington Primary Academy is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic member of staff to support our children in the role of Teaching Assistant. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with teaching staff to deliver high-quality support and improve outcomes for our pupils.

We are looking for a motivated and flexible individual who is able to work independently and as part of a team. The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of current teaching practices and be proactive in their approach to supporting children's learning.

As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work in a welcoming and inclusive school environment, with a committed and supportive team of teachers and support staff.
