Compensation – Competitive salary plus benefits
Work Schedule – Full-time position
A valid driving license and access to a vehicle for work purposes are essential. Successful candidates will undergo an Enhanced DBS check.
About You
You will embody the values of Transform in all your interactions. As a keyworker, you will support assigned clients in achieving their personal goals and living independently while ensuring their safety and appropriate risk management.
Key responsibilities include:
- Establishing non-judgmental, professional relationships with clients
- Effectively managing your time to deliver outcomes and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in computer applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, and Internet)
