About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Professional to join our team at Hall Road, a residential epilepsy specialist care provider in Sutton.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support clients with daily activities and care plans to establish routine
  • Ensure clients feel safe and stable in their day-to-day care
  • Administer medication (if required)
  • Support service users with physical disabilities using trained techniques and aids
  • Transport and escort service users to events, activities, and appointments
  • Work closely with managers to ensure service users are transported to all timetabled events
  • Support service users during organized days out and scheduled activities
  • Provide support to service users with their medical, physical, and emotional needs while traveling
  • Manage service user disputes while traveling

Requirements:

  • Successful candidates will be required to undergo an Enhanced DBS
  • Strong organizational, time management, planning, and communication skills
  • Flexible, professional, and positive approach to multi-site working
  • Proven reliability in terms of full attendance and timekeeping
  • Ability to work as part of a team and as an individual
  • Self-confidence and ability to manage challenging situations
