Position: SEN Support Staff for Behavioral and Emotional Needs
Role Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Special Needs Assistant to support a child with Autism in a nurturing educational environment. This position is within a well-regarded primary institution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in classroom activities and provide individual support to the child.
- Foster a positive learning atmosphere tailored to the child's needs.
- Collaborate with teaching staff to implement effective strategies.
Requirements:
- Genuine enthusiasm for working with children.
- A minimum of 6 weeks recent experience in a childcare or educational setting.
- Current DBS check.
- References covering the last 3 years.
- Eligibility to work in the UK.
