About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Occupational Therapist to join our dedicated team. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting service users with complex needs, empowering them to achieve their goals and enhance their well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong therapeutic relationships with service users, understanding their unique circumstances and tailoring interventions accordingly.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify service users' strengths, challenges, and goals related to daily living activities, work, leisure, and social participation.
  • Design and implement individualized treatment plans that promote independence, functional skills, and overall quality of life.
  • Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, sharing expertise and contributing to holistic care planning.
  • Promote the value of occupational therapy within the organization and wider healthcare community.

  • Proficiency in basic word processing and IT applications.

A working knowledge of models of human occupation tools would be advantageous.
