Are you passionate about early childhood education? We are seeking a talented and innovative Childhood Education Leader who can motivate and guide their team to provide exceptional early years education and care.

Childhood Education Leader at Early Years Alliance is a well-regarded establishment within the community. It accommodates 72 children and has 101 enrolled. Our setting has received a Good rating from Ofsted in March 2023 and is recognized on Day Nurseries. The Childhood Education Leader will receive support from the Childcare Operational Manager and the broader Alliance support services, including HR and Finance.

Job Responsibilities:

The Childhood Education Leader will:

  • Inspire and guide your team to deliver high-quality early years education and care
  • Oversee the daily operations of the setting, ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards and internal policies
  • Foster relationships with parents and the broader community
  • Manage the financial health of the setting

Qualifications:

Ideal candidates will possess:

  • A minimum Level 3 Early Years Education and Childcare Qualification or equivalent
  • Demonstrated post-qualification experience in early education and childcare
  • Proficient IT skills, including the use of Microsoft Office, nursery management software, and online platforms
  • The ability to multitask and build rapport with staff, families, and external organizations

Additionally, candidates will be required to undergo an enhanced DBS check if their current certificate is not subscribed to the update service.
