About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Nursery Assistant to join our team at Protocol Education. As a key member of our nursery team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and education to our young children.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the day-to-day running of the nursery, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for children.
  • Assist in planning and delivering engaging activities that promote learning and development.
  • Build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues, providing excellent communication and support.
  • Monitor children's progress and milestones, keeping parents informed and ensuring each child receives the support they need.
  • Contribute to the development of nursery policies and practices, sharing ideas and expertise with the team.
Requirements
  • Relevant qualification in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
  • Previous experience in a nursery or early years setting.
  • Passion for working with young children and helping them explore the world.
  • Creativity, enthusiasm, and a proactive approach to the classroom.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, with a nurturing and empathetic nature.
