Caregiver Support Specialist

**About the Role**
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Bank Care Assistant to join our team at one of our Barchester care homes. As a Bank Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our residents receive the highest standard of care and support.
You will be responsible for providing individualized care to our residents, which may include assisting with daily living tasks such as bathing, dressing, and feeding. You will also be required to follow care plans and ensure that each resident receives the necessary support to maintain their dignity and well-being.
The ideal candidate will have experience working in a care setting, excellent communication skills, and a warm and empathetic approach. You will be expected to work flexibly, including weekends and bank holidays, and will be required to wear a uniform.
In return, we offer a competitive salary of £9.50-£11.00 per hour, depending on experience, plus benefits such as free training and development opportunities. If you are passionate about delivering high-quality care and supporting vulnerable adults, we would love to hear from you.
