Job Overview


Turning Point is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Recovery Worker to join our team. As a Recovery Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals on their recovery journey, providing guidance, and promoting positive change in their lives.


Key Responsibilities


As a Recovery Worker, your key responsibilities will include:



  • Acting as a 'key worker' to a caseload of service users, providing regular contact and support to help them achieve their goals
  • Offering advice, information, and psycho-social interventions to support service users in their recovery
  • Maintaining accurate records and contributing to the development of individual care plans
  • Working collaboratively with clinical staff, partner agencies, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery

About You


We are looking for a motivated and empathetic individual who is passionate about supporting others. If you have a keen interest in substance abuse and mental health issues, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, we would love to hear from you.
