We are seeking a highly skilled Observational Research Manager to join our team at the Indiana Biosciences Research Institute. As a key member of our Data Strategy team, you will play a critical role in designing, conducting, and interpreting observational research studies that inform decision-making across our portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with internal stakeholders and industry experts to design and conduct observational research studies
  • Manage research projects involving the analysis of multiple types of data, including medical claims, electronic health records, and prospective observational cohort studies
  • Conduct evaluations of real-world data to ensure quality, validity, and reliability
  • Communicate with internal and external partners to manage and execute studies
  • Stay abreast of the latest developments in the field of observational research and drug development

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Epidemiology or a related field
  • Previous experience in the design, execution, and analysis of observational research studies within a pharmaceutical or public health setting
  • Excellent verbal and writing communication and interpersonal skills
