Corporate Events Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced individual to join our team as a Partnerships Event Coordinator.
The Event Coordinator plays a key role in delivering and executing events and hospitality for the UK Lines of Business (LoB).
This includes managing event invitations, delegate management, and supporting the implementation of Eventogy, our invitation platform.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement event strategies that align with business objectives
- Build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
- Manage event logistics, including venue selection, catering, and audio-visual requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality events
- Continuously evaluate and improve event processes and procedures
Requirements:
- Experience in corporate hospitality and events management
- Proven track record of delivering successful events
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Expertise in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
