Primary Care Project Coordinator

We are looking for a Primary Care Project Coordinator to join our team at the NHS. This role will involve supporting delivery of the Network Contract DES specification and fulfilling other duties as required by the PCN Clinical Director.

Main duties of the job
  1. The post holder should have a sound understanding of the service specifications, addressing local population health needs.
  2. The post holder will work alongside the PCN Manager, PCN Project Manager, and PCN Digital and Transformation Lead to support and be directly accountable to the PCN Clinical Director.
  3. Fulfilling any other duties as required by the PCN Clinical Director.

Key Skills:

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure, within strict time constraints.
  • Experience of using Microsoft software, including Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Person Specification:

  • Degree level or equivalent in healthcare management or other subject with transferrable skills.
  • Ability to identify and prioritise tasks.
  • Flexibility to work outside of core office hours.
