Electronic Monitoring Support Officer

As an Electronic Monitoring Support Officer, you will play a key role in ensuring the safety and security of our community through our electronic tagging service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with the electronic monitor tagging team to support their daily tasks
- Assist in the installation and upkeep of electronic monitoring devices
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations and clear communication
- Deliver top-notch customer service to individuals under electronic monitoring
Requirements:
- BPSS clearance (handled by Adecco upon successful application)
- DBS clearance (or a willingness to obtain one)
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a dynamic team
- Keen attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities
- Working Pattern: Full Time, 37.5 hours per week
- Working Hours: Shift pattern, 10 week rotation, covering 7 days per week, 24 hours per day, 365 days per year
- Training: 1 day online training and induction
