Are you passionate about supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN)? We are currently seeking a dedicated and caring Learning Support Assistant to join our team at Potter Johnson. As an Academic Support Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing individualized support to students in a Resourced Provision setting within a Primary school.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with children with SEN, preferably in a school setting, and possess strong behaviour management skills. You will also have the ability to engage and encourage learning, promote self-care and independence, and provide additional support for toileting and personal care. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role, as you will be working closely with teachers, parents, and other support staff.

We offer a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience, and access to training and professional development opportunities.
