Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Ophthalmology Sales Representative to join our team at CK GROUP. As a key member of our commercial team, you will play a critical role in promoting pharmaceutical products to Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) and healthcare accounts in the Birmingham area.

This is a 2-year contract with potential for extension, offering a competitive salary, excellent bonus, car allowance, and benefits package.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales account management to promote pharmaceutical products to HCPs and healthcare accounts.
  • Develop account plans for Integrated Care Boards (ICBs) and Integrated Care Systems (ICS) in England.
  • Promote and strategize sales efforts to drive depth of prescribing and formulary inclusion.
  • Identify local market access and services that need optimization.
  • Deliver results against agreed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and project objectives.
  • Engage with and develop National/Regional Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
  • Execute multichannel customer interactions to build long-term customer relationships by applying patient-focused interactions.
Requirements
  • ABPI qualification.
  • Previous experience in pharmaceutical sales.
  • Strong commercial acumen.
  • Strong influencing, selling, and negotiation skills.
  • Understanding of NHS structure, policies, and drivers in line with local health economy.
  • Excellent customer engagement skills.
  • UK driving license.

The estimated salary for this role is £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
