Job Title: Registered Manager - EBD Children's Service

Kingston Noble is seeking a highly experienced and motivated leader to take on the role of Registered Manager for our EBD children's service in Northampton. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing strong leadership and direction to ensure high standards of care and support for children with emotional and behavioural difficulties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership and direction for the service, ensuring compliance with regulatory and legal requirements.
  • Oversee the day-to-day running of the home, ensuring the well-being and safety of the children.
  • Develop and implement care plans tailored to meet the individual needs of each child.
  • Manage and mentor a team of staff, promoting ongoing professional development and a positive working environment.
  • Ensure the service operates within budget, with responsibility for financial management and resource allocation.
  • Take a proactive approach to safeguarding, risk management, and the well-being of the children in your care.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Registered Manager or in a leadership role within children's residential care, ideally within an EBD setting.
  • NVQ Level 3 or 4 required, with a strong understanding of Ofsted regulations and safeguarding procedures.
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate a team, with excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • A passion for improving the lives of children with complex emotional and behavioural needs.
