Job Title: Childrens Home Registered Manager

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Childrens Home Registered Manager to join our team at Siamo Group Ltd.

Job Summary:

  • Lead a team of staff to provide high-quality care and support to children in a residential setting.
  • Develop and implement care plans to meet the individual needs of each child.
  • Ensure the home is a safe and welcoming environment for children and staff.
  • Manage budgets and resources to ensure the effective delivery of services.

We are looking for a Childrens Home Registered Manager who is passionate about delivering exceptional care and support to children in a residential setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the home is run in accordance with regulatory requirements.
  • Manage staff to ensure they are equipped to provide high-quality care and support to children.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of care plans and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Ensure the home is maintained to a high standard and that all necessary repairs and maintenance are carried out in a timely manner.

Requirements:

  • Qualified to degree level in a relevant field (e.g. social work, childcare, education).
  • Proven experience of working in a residential setting with children.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with children, staff, and external agencies.
