Childrens Home Registered Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Childrens Home Registered Manager to join our team at Siamo Recruitment. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in shaping the lives of young people by providing a supportive and nurturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of staff to deliver high-quality care and support to young people.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the smooth operation of the childrens home.
  • Collaborate with external agencies to ensure the best possible outcomes for young people.
  • Manage budgets and resources to ensure the effective delivery of services.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Childrens Home Registered Manager or in a similar role.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with staff, young people, and external agencies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • A competitive salary of £40,000 - £50,000 per annum, plus bonuses up to £4.5k.
