Programme Impact Assessment

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Graduate Loyalty Analyst to join our Strategic Planning and Analysis division. In this role, you will have the opportunity to evaluate the impact of our road investments, programmes and interventions.

As a key member of our team, you will contribute to frameworks that assess social value, customer experience, and active travel, creating a positive impact on communities and the environment.

Main Responsibilities
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of our road investments and programmes
  • Develop and implement evaluation frameworks to assess social value, customer experience, and active travel
  • Provide data-driven insights to inform business decisions and policy development
