Job Overview

At National Highways, we are seeking a highly skilled Graduate Loyalty Analyst to join our Strategic Planning and Analysis division. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate to gain hands-on experience in delivering impactful evaluation insights that directly influence critical business decisions.

About the Role

This role involves working closely with experienced colleagues to evaluate the impact of our road investments, programmes, and interventions. You will contribute to frameworks that assess social value, customer experience, and active travel, creating a positive impact on communities and the environment.

Requirements

  • Currently studying in your second year of an undergraduate degree (in any subject) and expected to achieve a minimum of a 2:2

Assessment Centre

Assessment centres will take place in January and February. All offers for our placement programmes are subject to satisfactory completion of pre-employment checks, including Right to Work, reference, and DBS criminal record checks.
