Your Responsibilities

As a Graduate Loyalty Analyst, you will:

  • Contribute to frameworks that assess social value, customer experience, and active travel
  • Develop valuable skills and experience that will boost your graduate career prospects
  • Work in the Strategic Planning and Analysis division of our Customer, Strategy and Communications directorate (CSC)
