Viberoptix is a leading provider of fibre network build solutions. We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a NRSWA Inspector in Cumbria.
As a NRSWA Inspector, you will be responsible for ensuring that our site activity complies with the NRSWA 1991 and associated legislations. You will inspect and supervise activities on the road, coach and mentor site staff, and work collaboratively with authorities.
The estimated salary for this role is £45,000-£60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out inspections and monitoring of works to ensure compliance with NRSWA 1991 and associated legislations
- Supervise and coach site staff on NRSWA legislation and best practices
- Collaborate with authorities and other stakeholders to drive improvement in network construction
- Produce regular reports detailing audit completions, issues, and trends from site
- Provide onsite support for authority escalations and attend site meetings when required
Requirements:
- Significant experience as a NRSWA inspector or similar role
- Working knowledge of NRSWA 1991 and associated codes of practice
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders
