We are seeking a highly motivated Care Programmes Coordinator to join our team at HC-One. In this role, you will be responsible for planning and implementing engaging care programmes that cater to the diverse needs of our residents.

As a Care Programmes Coordinator, you will work closely with our team to develop and deliver activity plans that promote socialisation, physical well-being, and emotional growth among our residents. You will also be responsible for collaborating with colleagues to organise fundraising events and managing resources effectively.

About the Role
  • Plan and implement engaging care programmes that meet the needs of our residents
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, colleagues, and external partners
  • Collaborate with the Home Manager to organise fundraising events and manage resources effectively
  • Contribute to the creation of a welcoming and inclusive environment for residents and staff
