Activities Programme Coordinator

In your role as an Activities Coordinator at HC-One, kindness will be at the core of everything you do. Our mission is to provide exceptional care and support to our residents, enabling them to live their lives to the fullest.
As an Activities Coordinator, you will be responsible for planning and implementing engaging activities that delight our residents. This includes working closely with the Home Manager to organize fundraising events and helping to develop activity programmes that cater to our residents' interests and hobbies.
You will work collaboratively with the care home team to create a welcoming and inclusive environment, promoting social interaction and confidence among our residents. Your positive energy, excellent communication skills, and ability to get along with people will make you a valuable asset to our team.
We are committed to safeguarding our residents and expect all colleagues to recognize the signs of possible abuse or neglect. You will receive full training to ensure you have the necessary skills and knowledge to identify and report any concerns.
