About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Operations Specialist to join our Business Development team at VRS Recruitment. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer orders are monitored and processed effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and process customer orders, ensuring seamless delivery and vendor relationships.
  • Manage and maintain our CRM system, providing insights and analysis to inform commercial performance.
  • Utilize Excel skills to analyze sales data, identify process improvements, and contribute to the overall success of the commercial team.
  • Collaborate with the Senior Manager of Commercial Operations to drive business growth and development.
Requirements
  • Experience in a similar sales operations position, preferably in a product-based company.
  • Proficiency in HubSpot (or similar) CRM systems, with the ability to build sales reports and identify opportunities.
  • Exceptional Excel skills, with the ability to handle and analyze sales data.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to maintain vendor relationships and liaise across the business.
