About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Operations Specialist to join our team at SRG. As a Sales Operations Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting the commercial function, ensuring seamless order processing, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the incoming customer ordering process and requests for further information, with speed and accuracy.
  • Support the customer onboarding process, including set-up, order verification, updates to schedule, payment, and delivery timelines.
  • Utilize HubSpot to support pipeline management, performance reporting, and to ensure all sales opportunities are maximized.
  • Investigate customer support issues and assign to the correct team, ensuring the customer receives accurate information on who best can resolve their issue.
  • Manage and maintain good vendor relations, regular liaison with external agencies and departments.
  • Collaborate with internal operations teams, including Sales, Finance, Shipping, and Quality, to ensure delivery of seamless order processing.
  • Interpret and present HubSpot data to identify improvements in the sales process, KPI monitoring, and forecasting.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a Life Science discipline.
  • Proficient user of HubSpot, with experience in commercial operations.
  • Advanced MS Excel skills, including data analysis and visualization.
  • Ability to create productive sales reports to inform the sales and customer fulfillment process.
  • Experience in vendor management, from within a product-based setting.
