Job Title: Sales Operations Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Operations Specialist to join our team at SRG. As a key member of our commercial operations team, you will be responsible for managing the sales process, ensuring seamless order processing, and providing exceptional customer support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer ordering processes and requests for information with speed and accuracy.
  • Support customer onboarding, including setup, order verification, and updates to schedules, payment, and delivery timelines.
  • Utilize HubSpot to support pipeline management, performance reporting, and maximize sales opportunities.
  • Investigate customer support issues and assign them to the correct team, ensuring accurate information is provided to the customer.
  • Manage vendor relations, liaise with external agencies, and departments to ensure seamless order processing.
  • Work closely with internal operations teams, including Sales, Finance, Shipping, and Quality, to deliver seamless order processing.
  • Interpret and present HubSpot data to identify improvements in the sales process, KPI monitoring, and forecasting.

Requirements:

  • BSc or equivalent in a Life Science discipline.
  • Advanced user of HubSpot, with experience in commercial operations.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, with ability to analyze and visualize data. Knowledge of Google Sheets and NetSuite is a plus.
  • Experience in creating productive sales reports to inform next stages of the sales and customer fulfillment process.
  • Proven vendor management skills, with experience in a product-based setting.
