About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Consultant in General Adult Psychiatry to join our team at Southern Health NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our Consultant Psychiatry team, you will play a vital role in supporting our improvement and transformation journey.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality clinical leadership and care across all our Mental Health Specialities

Person Specification

We are looking for a Consultant in General Adult Psychiatry who meets the following criteria:

  • Full Registration with the General Medical Council
  • MRCPsych or recognized equivalent
  • Eligible for inclusion in the Specialist Register or within 12 months of CCT at time of interview
  • CCT in General Adult Psychiatry
  • Approved under Section 12 of the Mental Health Act 1983
