Data Analyst & Project Manager

About the Role

HTK is seeking an experienced Data Analyst and Project Manager to join the Operations team, leading the deployment of the SMS A2P Value Max solution into Mobile Operator networks globally.

Main Responsibilities

  • Maintain project plans, tracking deliverables, dependencies, risks, issues, and communication with Sales, product teams, and customers.
  • Deliver regular reports to customers and hold meetings/calls to update on monetization projects and reports.
  • Familiarity with Roaming and SMS technologies (SS7, SMSIW, SMPP, APIs).
  • Handle queries with roaming operators on identifying grey routes.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Product Management teams for accurate and timely reporting on project performance.
  • Coordinate weekly meetings/conference project update calls with customers' internal and external teams.
  • Escalate quality, budget, or schedule risks to Product and Sales Heads.
  • Familiarity with Firewalls to apply/amend rules and extract information from logs.
  • Monitor the SMS Platform, trends, anomalies, revenue, margin, daily and weekly reports.
  • Conduct Market Intelligence on mobile operator customers.
  • Analyze A2P traffic for activity not aligned with seasonal characteristics, growth patterns, and established trends.
  • Minimize revenue leakage through daily checks and report findings.
  • Resolve billing discrepancies with Mobile Operators and Aggregators in a transparent manner.

Requirements

  • University degree with at least 5 years of experience in Project Management, preferably in Telecoms/IT.
  • Proven track record in Data Analysis and Project Management.
  • Knowledge of Data Analyst disciplines (Risk, Issue, Trends, Anomalies, Business Forecast, Change, Deliverable Management).
  • Familiarity with the Roaming domain.
  • Ability to handle roaming queries, work on roaming testing, and read roaming agreements.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Strong listening, analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills with close attention to detail.
  • Ability to analyze problems and make well-reasoned decisions.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with clients through excellent delivery, understanding, and meeting customer needs while protecting commercial interests.
  • Ability to travel to customer sites globally if required.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize workloads with strong time-management skills.
  • Clear, articulate, and concise verbal and written communication.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work in a pressurized environment.
  • Experience in Service Management highly desirable.

Salary Information

The estimated salary for this role is approximately $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
