Data Analyst & Project Manager Role

About the Role

PCCWG is seeking an experienced Data Analyst and Project Manager to join our Operations team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading deployment of SMS A2P Value Max solution into Mobile Operator networks globally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain project plans, track deliverables, dependencies, risks, issues, and communication with stakeholders.
  • Deliver regular reports to customers and hold meetings/calls to update on monetization project and delivered reports.
  • Familiarity with Roaming and SMS technologies (SS7, SMSIW, SMPP, APIs).
  • Handle queries with roaming operators on identifying grey routes.
  • Work with Sales and Product Management teams for accurate and timely reporting on project performance.
  • Coordinate weekly meetings/conference project update calls with customers.
  • Evaluate risks to quality, budget, or schedule and escalate to Product and Sales Head.
  • Apply Firewall rules, extract required information from logs, and monitor SMS Platform trends.
  • Carry out Market Intelligence on mobile operator customers and analyze A2P traffic for anomalies.
  • Minimize revenue leakage and report daily checks.
  • Resolve billing discrepancies with Mobile Operators & Aggregators in a transparent way.

Requirements

  • University degree with 5+ years of Project management experience in Telecoms/IT.
  • Proven track record in Data Analysis and Project Management.
  • Knowledge of Data Analyst Disciplines (Risk, Issue, Trends, Anomalies, Business Forecast, Change, Deliverable Management).
  • Experience in the roaming domain and ability to handle roaming queries.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Strong listening, problem-solving, negotiation, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with clients through delivery, understanding, and meeting customer needs.
  • Travel globally if required and multi-tasking/prioritizing workloads.

Compensation Package

We offer a competitive salary of $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, you will have opportunities for professional growth and development within our company.
