Product Inventory Coordinator - Tom Ford - Birmingham - £25,000 - £28,000 per annum

We are seeking an experienced Product Inventory Coordinator to join our team at Tom Ford in Birmingham. As a key member of our retail team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient control and receipt of all saleable and non-saleable inventory.

Job Overview

The successful candidate will be an integral part of our sales team, responsible for maintaining accurate inventory levels, processing stock movements, and ensuring that stock is readily available to meet customer demands. You will also be responsible for effective inventory management, with minimal variances and out-of-stocks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records, including stock levels, movements, and discrepancies
  • Process stock receipts, deliveries, and transfers, ensuring accurate documentation and timely completion
  • Conduct regular stock counts and reconciliations to ensure inventory accuracy
  • Develop and maintain effective inventory management processes, including stock rotation, minimization of stock variances, and reduction of out-of-stocks
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure stock is readily available to meet customer demands
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving stock-related issues in a timely and professional manner

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Previous experience in stock management, preferably within a retail environment
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • Proof of right to live and work in the country
