About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager to lead our Digital Imaging & Document processing operation in Rugby. This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven individual to take charge of our digital imaging services and drive operational excellence.

  • Ensure local operational staff are regularly briefed on performance, processes, and objectives.
  • Follow all IRM personnel policies and compliance procedures at all times.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Collaborate with the Senior Operations Manager to agree, monitor, and update a service delivery plan that maximizes facility resources while meeting client expectations.
  2. Collate and publish regular records regarding service performance.
  3. Establish and maintain a detailed list of daily service deliverables.
  4. Monitor and seek to improve operational performance through regular performance reviews and feedback.
  5. Maintain a comprehensive skills matrix and training plans for all direct reports.
  6. Maintain a non-compliance procedure for quality or SLA failures.
  7. Communicate specific SOP workflows effectively and ensure compliance through training.
  8. Identify process improvements and monitor performance results.
  9. Maintain a commercially viable operation through KPI monitoring.
  10. Ensure local contracts are delivered against cost models and initiate corrective actions as needed.
  11. Accurately collate financial data for timely performance reporting.
  12. Forecast daily deliverables in line with performance targets.
