We are seeking a highly skilled SEO Strategist to join our team at MYINTERNALRECRUITER LTD. As an SEO Strategist, you will be responsible for creating and implementing effective SEO strategies to drive business growth and improve online visibility.
Key Responsibilities

* Assist the Head of SEO in managing and mentoring the SEO team
* Develop and execute SEO strategies to meet client objectives
* Conduct regular client strategy review meetings and provide feedback to the SEO team and Heads of Departments
* Create and implement SEO strategies for clients and prospects
* Maintain and develop excellent professional relationships with clients to aid in achieving their objectives and client retention
* Carry out client site crawls, identifying and investigating issues and assign necessary corrective workload to be carried out
* Create gap analysis reports
* Analyze client campaign success and provide recommendations to the Head of SEO
* Create and manage client website migration plans
* Conduct internal SEO training for the Zelst team as required
* Assist with the preparation of monthly and ad-hoc client reports
* Conduct technical SEO site audits as and when required
* Be involved in the on-boarding of new clients
* Assist with the preparation of client presentations and pitches
* Conduct competitor analysis and identify areas of interest or concern for Zelst
* Proactively contribute to the team with fresh ideation and innovative strategies
Requirements
------------
* Minimum of 3+ years' experience in an SEO role
* Excellent knowledge of SEO best practices and demonstrable experience implementing these
* Experience in building client relationships and customer service
* Experience in training and coaching team members
* Strong communication skills - both written and verbal
* Highly organized and able to multi-task and prioritize
* Ability to deliver a high level of customer service
* Good level of Microsoft and Google Suite skills
* Excellent level of attention to detail
* Forward thinking
* Solutions oriented
* Proactive with a can-do approach to work
* Curiosity to explore new approaches to challenges
* Positive mindset and upbeat attitude
* Competent knowledge and familiarity with all social media channels and platforms
* Analytical skills to provide actionable insights and recommendations

* Competitive salary of £35k to £40k per annum, depending on experience and skill set
