We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team at Lynn Bennett Resourcing. As an HR Business Partner, you will play a key role in driving and generating positive outcomes for workforce-related projects to be delivered within our client's strategic vision.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement organisational design strategies to support business growth and transformation.
- Lead re-organisation and restructuring projects to ensure effective change management.
- Provide expert advice on employment law and HR best practices to support business decisions.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement effective communication strategies.
- Design and deliver project proposals that are evidence-based, operationally effective, and value for money.
- Support the Head of People and OD in defining and developing project scopes and objectives.
- Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget, managing changes to scope, project schedule, and project costs.
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders to model a collaborative and influencing style of working, negotiating to achieve the best outcomes in project delivery.
What You'll Need:
- Proven experience in HR business partnering, organisational design, and change management.
- Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
- Strong project management skills, with experience of delivering projects on time, within scope, and budget.
