About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Fashion Supervisor. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and promoting our luxury women's fashion brand, Hobbs London.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring a personalized and engaging experience for every customer.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, promoting and delivering the Hobbs London brand vision and values.
  • Assist in the operational and commercial management of the store, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and sales performance.
  • Work collaboratively with the store team to achieve commercial objectives and drive sales growth.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest fashion trends and product knowledge to provide expert advice to customers.
About You

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. You will have a strong understanding of the fashion industry and be able to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues alike.

You will be a team player, able to work collaboratively with the store team to achieve commercial objectives and drive sales growth. You will also be flexible and able to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
