About the Role

We are seeking a talented Fashion Design Specialist to join our dedicated Kidswear team at LF Fashion. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for creating and developing design concepts for young and older girlswear.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement design concepts for girlswear, working closely with the design team and production team to ensure high-quality products.
  • Stay up-to-date with current trends and themes in the fashion industry, ensuring our designs are commercially viable and meet customer expectations.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and customers at all levels, including factories and third parties based in the Far East and Europe.
  • Utilize design software such as Photoshop and Illustrator to create and develop designs.
  • Work effectively under tight deadlines, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Requirements
  • Experience in high-street fashion design, preferably in girlswear.
  • Commercial awareness of current trends and themes in the fashion industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word & Excel) and design software such as Photoshop and Illustrator.
  • Educated to degree level, ideally in a qualification related to fashion design, business, or retail.
