About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and friendly Receptionist to join our team at Barchester Healthcare. As the first point of contact for our residents, visitors, and staff, you will play a vital role in creating a warm and welcoming environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Answering phone calls and responding to inquiries
- Greeting visitors and managing the reception area
- Showing prospective residents and their families around the care home
- Performing administrative tasks, such as typing, photocopying, and filing
About You
To be successful in this role, you will need to be professional, caring, courteous, and well-organized. You will take a genuine interest in our residents and strive to make every visitor feel at home. While formal qualifications are not required, you will need to possess excellent communication skills and a good telephone manner.
