We provide round-the-clock support packages to support adults, who have long term health conditions to live in the comfort and safety of their own home.

In stonehouse we are looking for a full team to help and support a male 18 years of age, he has a clinical diagnosis of 4 limb Cerebral Palsy. full care support is required.

The job:
Working 2:1 within the home you will spend your whole shift with one client. Your day will consist of following and fulfilling the care plan. You will also encourage and support the client with achieving their goals - whether these be completing a university degree, to spend days out with family and friends or watching their favourite series on the TV. No two days are the same

What we need from you:
A minimum of 3 months hands on experience in complex care.
You must be able to commit to your booked shifts each week.

Access to your own car would be preferable but may not be essential if you have good access to and are willing to use alternative transport.

A can do attitude and passion for providing quality support.

All applicants must hold the right to work in the UK and be able to evidence this prior to employment being offered.

Term time:
Wednesday-Friday
- 6 Hours day support - 16:00pm - 21:00pm

Saturday - 8 Hour day support - 08:30am - 16:30pm

Sunday - 08:30 - 12:30.

Half term:
Monday-Sunday-8 Hour day support - 08:30am - 16:30pm
