Junior Sales Professional

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Junior Bid Manager. As a member of our sales operations team, you will play a vital role in supporting the Bid Manager in the efficient management of Request for Information (RFI), Request for Proposal (RFP), and Tender responses.
Your key responsibilities will include maintaining and updating the database of standard responses to frequently asked questions (FAQs), information security, and product-related inquiries, conducting research to gather relevant information and data to support bid responses, and working closely with internal teams to gather necessary information and insights for bids.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in bid management, proposal writing, or a similar role, working on large complex and global bids. You should be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other bid management tools. Strong research and analytical skills are essential to gather relevant information and data for bid responses.
Salary: £40,000 per annum
