Facilities Management Recruitment Specialist

Position Overview: As a Recruitment Consultant at PRS LTD, you will play a pivotal role in connecting top-tier talent across North America for our new and existing clients supporting them with PRS LTD staffing solutions. Drawing from our extensive industry insight, you will provide hands-on services to meet the unique needs of our clients.
Salary: We offer an estimated annual salary of £45,000 - £60,000 depending on experience, plus attractive quarterly and annual team and individual incentives.
Job Description:
- Utilize various sourcing methods including our internal CRM, job boards, and social media to identify and screen potential candidates.
- Oversee the complete recruitment process, from initial contact to contract management and negotiation of fees and pay rates.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Quick thinking and responsiveness: ability to think on their feet and respond promptly to urgent situations.
- Proactive approach: takes the initiative to anticipate recruitment needs and stay ahead of the curve in identifying top talent.
- Leverages lessons from experience: learns from past experiences to continually enhance performance and achieve higher levels of success.
