Customer Support Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and organised individual to manage our office team's day-to-day activities.
Main Responsibilities:
- Handling customer calls and inquiries with excellent communication skills and a professional phone manner.
- Managing client paperwork, including logging jobs, invoices, and new starter forms in a timely and efficient manner.
- Sending out and tracking contracts, ensuring seamless communication with clients and colleagues.
- Organising meetings with clients and maintaining their calendar and availability lists.
- Maintaining the company website with up-to-date information on client work and projects.
- Assisting in managing day-to-day office tasks, such as answering phones and responding to emails.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Able to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- An ability to work independently with minimal supervision and maintain attention to detail.
- A genuine interest in the entertainment industry and a proactive attitude towards learning and growth.
Compensation and Benefits:
The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of £30,000 per year and 28 days holiday plus bank holidays. The role is based in Thame and requires flexibility to meet the needs of the business.
